Japanese Yaki Udon style!
Yummy!!

Stir fry sliced pork and a few leaves of chopped cabbage in vegetable oil.
When the pork and cabbage are heated through, add 1 package of prepared DRIED KONYAKU then stir well.
Mix a tablespoon each of soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and sesame oil with a pinch of sugar then add to the pan and stir well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve and enjoy!
